Quantum Efficiency Curve Display

In CCD, CMOS, and sCMOS cameras, quantum efficiency (QE) is a key contributor to overall system sensitivity. Since detector design and photosensitive materials (such as silicon or InGaAs) vary, QE depends on wavelength and is represented by a spectrally dependent QE curve, a standard element of camera specifications. This tool allows you to select one or more cameras in the PCO Camera Selector to display their QE curves. Customize the plot using the toolbar icons, then export the selected data as a CSV file by clicking Download Selection.

Please Note: For PCO cameras, net QE values are shown, including non-material related losses like fill factor and transmissivity/reflectivity of all elements in the optical path of the camera. For Bayer filter models - indicated via a "C" in the camera name - red [R], green [G] and blue [B] channels are given separately. Individual camera QE may vary within the industry's accepted boundaries. All data is provided without liability and may be subject to change.
