OmniCure AC7 Large-Area UV LED Curing System
PART/ AC7 Series

OmniCure AC7 UV LED Large-Area Curing System

OmniCure® AC7 Series of air-cooled UV LED curing systems are suitable for large-area curing. Designed with high-output LEDs and custom optics, the AC7150 and AC7300 systems deliver over 5 W/cm2 peak irradiance and exceptional uniformity over the entire curing area. The AC7 Series provides high longitudinal uniformity to ensure consistent and repeatable curing of all parts over the entire 150 mm (6") to 300 mm (12") curing area.

Multiple systems can be adjoined in any combination of the AC7150 and AC7300 to extend the addressable curing area and meet any application size without compromising optical performance. The AC7 Series is ideal for adhesive and coating applications such as displays, touch panels, thin films and fibers.

  • Output of over 5 W/cm2: High speed curing for adhesives and coatings
  • Custom front-end optics: Greater flexibility in the curing process via high-peak irradiance available at longer working distances
  • Adjoining multiple systems: Obtain +/- 10% uniformity between heads for even and consistent curing over the curing area
  • Available in 365 and 395 nm: Excellent compatibility with adhesive and coatings
  • Air-cooled design: Easily integrate into any workstation while saving costs with no additional venting, ozone extraction or chillers required
  • I/O Port for remote operation: Ability to automate for increased productivity
  • Highly-efficient LED modules: Save costs from reduced power consumption compared to arc lamp systems
  • Compact size: Easily integrated into any workstation
  • 20,000 hour typical lifetime: Reduced running costs compared to arc lamp solutions
  • Narrow wavelength output of LEDs: Increased yields of parts due to lower temperature curing compared to arc-lamp systems
