OmniCure AC9 UV LED Large-Area Curing System

OmniCure® AC9 Series are high-power UV LED Curing Systems delivering over 14 W/cm2 peak irradiance for fast curing of inks, adhesives and coatings. Consisting of the AC9150, AC9150P, AC9225, AC9225P, AC9300 and AC9300P, the AC9 Series are high-performing, air-cooled solutions with a small form-factor to enable fast line speeds in industrial manufacturing and printing.

P versions of the AC9 Series have enhanced optics to optimize the dose for short working distances along with a removable window for easy cleaning to support print applications.

  • Adjoining system modules: Obtain +/- 10% uniformity between heads for even and consistent curing over the curing area
  • Compact, air-cooled design: Easily integrate into any workstation with no additional venting, ozone extraction or chillers required
  • Highly-efficient LED modules: Costs savings from reduced power consumption compared to arc lamp systems
  • 20,000 hour typical lifetime: Reduced running costs from compared to arc lamp solutions
  • Narrow wavelength output of LEDs: Increased yields of parts due to lower temperature curing compared to arc lamp systems
