VTD34FSMH - Si PD, BPW34F equivalent, SMT, 7.45mm2

The VTD34FSMH is a silicon photodiode in a visible blocking surface mount plastic package, and a BPW34F industry equivalent. This photodiode provides high sensitivity, fast response, and wide field-of-view.

This silicon photodiode provides an active area of 7.45 mm2 and is designed for spectral response between 725 nm and 1150 nm. Suitable for direct mounting to a printed circuit bioard (PCB), arrays can be formed by positioning these devices side-by-side. These photodiodes are designed to provide excellent sensitivity at low light level.
