ARB2 NIR宽带增透镀膜规格:

- 在AR波段范围内,当入射角为0° ≤ AOI ≤ 15°时,保证残余反射率低于0.5%
- 在AR波段范围内,当入射角为0° ≤ AOI ≤ 15°时,典型平均残余反射率低于0.3%
- 损伤阈值:在波长1064 nm、频率10 Hz条件下,针对11 ns激光脉冲(s-on-1),H∞ > 30 J/cm²,AR镀膜典型波长范围:725-1050 nm
- 该设计可适用于600 nm ≤ λ ≤ 1400 nm的波长范围,并支持更高的入射角。
