埃赛力达提供种类丰富的LINOS®对称凸透镜产品,专为近红外 (NIR) 波长范围优化设计。产品涵盖多种焦距和直径规格,可满足各种光学应用的特定需求。生产过程中仅采用来自可靠制造商的优质材料,并采用尽可能严格的公差控制,以确保卓越的产品质量。标准透镜均采用双面NIR增透镀膜,可提高透射率并尽量减少表面反射。除无镜座版本外,每种透镜还提供配备高品质黑色阳极氧化雕刻铝制镜座的带镜座版本。
此类透镜专为1:1成像应用而设计,具有两个相等的曲率半径,可为需要精确图像复制的应用提供精准且一致的光学性能。我们的对称凸透镜采用高品质N-BK7光学玻璃制成,并以无镜座形式提供,可灵活集成至定制光学系统中。严格的焦距公差可确保稳定一致的系统集成效果和可靠的光学性能。
熔融石英基材结合ARB2 NIR宽带增透膜可在725至1050 nm波长范围内实现高透射率,并具有优异的抗激光损伤能力,从而确保在严苛应用环境下提供可靠的性能。

ARB2 NIR宽带增透镀膜规格:

- 在AR波段范围内,当入射角为0° ≤ AOI ≤ 15°时,保证残余反射率低于0.5%
- 在AR波段范围内,当入射角为0° ≤ AOI ≤ 15°时,典型平均残余反射率低于0.3%
- 损伤阈值:在波长1064 nm、频率10 Hz条件下,针对11 ns激光脉冲(s-on-1),H∞ > 30 J/cm²
- 典型AR范围:725-1050 nm
- 该设计可适用于600 nm ≤ λ ≤ 1400 nm的波长范围,并支持更高的入射角
