- OmniCure S2000 Elite Spot UV Curing System: The OmniCure S2000 Elite is a new generation lamp-based UV spot curing system designed for demanding UV curing manufacturing applications in the Industry 4.0 era, resulting in smarter manufacturing. Offering the highest reliability and quality for light-curing adhesive processes, S2000 Elite improves productivity, enhances precision, upgrades security and refines usability. The system’s proprietary Closed-Loop Feedback technology automatically monitors and maintains its optical output for a repeatable curing process. S2000 Elite also features a new 30 ms high-speed shutter to ensure the most precise dose delivery and a 4.3” LCD touch screen to enable advanced process control and intuitive navigation and monitoring of all curing-related statuses.
- OmniCure LX500 LED Spot UV Curing System: Featuring control of up to four LED heads with the capability of a maximum 22W/cm2 peak irradiance, the LX500 provides unmatched optical stability with proprietary feedback via Intelli-Lamp® technology for consistent and repeatable assembly of medical devices at lower costs. With standard 365nm, 385nm, 395nm and 405nm wavelength options, LX500 is ideal for use in medical devices such as catheters, cannulas, endoscopes and syringes.
