- OmniCure S2000 Elite UV Curing System: Offering the highest reliability and quality for light curing adhesive processes, the new generation S2000 Elite delivers enhanced features for greater versatility and best-in-class UV spot curing for medical device assembly applications. Pairing the S2000 Elite with the OmniCure R2000 UV Radiometer ensures a calibrated and highly repeatable UV curing process.
- OmniCure LX500 UV LED Spot Curing System: The LX500 features proprietary Intelli-Lamp® technology that monitors temperature and usage statistics to maintain an unmatched ± 5% stability in the optical output of up to 4 LED heads simultaneously. Developed with next-generation high-output LEDs, V3 UV LED Heads deliver up to 22 W/cm2 peak irradiance and 1100 mW power with a more uniform beam profile, available in standard 365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm and 405 nm wavelength options. The highly flexible, cost-effective LED spot curing solution provides consistent, controlled output for a repeatable, high-throughput UV curing process.
- OmniCure LS200 UV LED Radiometry and Calibration System: The LS200 system ensures precise measurement and calibration of UV LED power or irradiance directly at the cure site, enabling manufacturers to control light output for a reliable and repeatable curing process. It also offers seamless integration with the LX500 UV LED Spot Curing System for calibration, with optional accessories, wide measurement range (1 mW to 2000 mW or 50 mW/cm2 – 40 W/cm2), exceptional precision, and sensor optimization for monochromatic LED sources.
