Our facility in Manila, Philippines has been operating since 1996 with key functions in Design and Development, Engineering, Manufacturing and other disciplines. This site specializes in product design, process development and mass production of Photodiodes, Photodiode Arrays and High-Performance Sensors. These product technologies are primarily for LiDAR applications such as autonomous vehicles and range finding, as well as safety and security applications including smoke detection and luggage scanning.

We are presently seeking for a Corporate Financial Analyst who shall support the growing reporting and analytics requirements of Excelitas sites.

Main responsibilities:

• Facilitates the month end close and monthly forecast consolidation across multiple domestic and international sites.
• Creates various reports and financial models that allow stakeholders to make informed business decisions.
• Ensures the integrity and consistency of financial data across the various financial and reporting systems.
• Supports the annual budget process and strategic planning.
• Partners with various Functional Leaders by providing visibility to functional spending.
• Supports team members located in other time zones.
• Works with IT to improve the existing reporting tools and aid in migrating to new platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or any related course.
• With 2 to 4 years relevant work experience.
• Prior experience working with Business Object, Hyperion, or SAP preferred.

• Advanced MS Excel and Powerpoint skills needed.

• Detail oriented and eager to learn.
• With good communication skills.
• This is a full-time remote work.
