Our facility in Manila, Philippines has been operating since 1996 with key functions in Design and Development, Engineering, Manufacturing and other disciplines. This site specializes in product design, process development and mass production of Photodiodes, Photodiode Arrays and High-Performance Sensors. These product technologies are primarily for LiDAR applications such as autonomous vehicles and range finding, as well as safety and security applications including smoke detection and luggage scanning.

We are presently seeking for HR Officer/Clinic Nurse who shall assists in the implementation of the Company's Employee Health Program and support the Employee Services and Benefits Admin functions (both government mandated (SSS) and company initiated i.e meal allowance, shuttle service scheduling, filing of SL in the timekeeping system, etc.).

 

Main responsibilities:

      • Assists in the implementation of the Company's Employee Health Program.
      • Assists in the Employee Services and Benefits Admin functions (both government mandated (SSS) and company initiated i.e meal allowance, shuttle service scheduling,           filing of SL in the timekeeping system, etc.).
      • Provides medical services and treatment for simple cases.
      • Dispenses over-the-counter medicines for simple cases.
      • Assists Company Physician in conducting regular medical and dental procedures.
      • Helps in coordinating with Company's healthcare provider to set up Annual exams and physical for all employees.
      • Helps in the assessment of pre-employment medical and physical examination results of newly hired employees and makes appropriate recommendations.
      • Assessment and monitoring of employees' health status during pandemic.
      • Prepares proposal related to Wellness program.
      • Prepares medical, accident and other reports on a regular basis.
      • Maintains individual employee medical records.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Nursing
  • Registered/Licensed Nurse
  • At least 3 years' work experience as Company Nurse in industrial setting is a plus.

  • Experience in processing SSS Maternity and Sickness Benefits and other company-initiated benefits, an advantage.

  • Advanced Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Good analytical skill

  • Results oriented, analytical thinker, fast learner, flexible, high customer service oriented.
  • Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) certified.
