Excelitas Technologies to Present and Highlight OmniCure UV LED Curing Solutions at InPrint Industrial Inkjet Conference

Excelitas’ Senior Product Manager Pamela Lee will also present a session entitled, “UV LEDs: Where Are They Now?”, during the conference’s Breakout Session Technical Track on Tuesday, May 1 at 1:30 p.m. The presentation will discuss UV LED technological advancements and supporting infrastracture, as well as how to differentiate in print applications.

- NEW OmniCure AC8-HD (High Dose) Series of UV LED Curing Systems: Offering higher optical power and enhanced performance in the same air-cooled mechanical enclosure as its AC8 and AC9 predecessors, the AC8-HD delivers over 50% more dose with unprecedented optical uniformity. Excelitas’ patented control technology for addressing individual UV LED modules enables an outstandingly tight irradiation across the UV emitting length, as well as between heads. The light source is ideal for large area curing of inks, adhesives and coatings in medical, industrial, electronics manufacturing, wood coating, touch panel/display, solar panel, conformal coating, automotive and print applications.
- OmniCure AC Series of UV LED Curing Systems: Designed for a range of applications using small to wide substrates, OmniCure AC Series of UV LED Curing Systems deliver consistent, reliable UV curing results for a variety of adhesives, coating and inks. To extend their range of use and offer great flexibility, the AC Series offers UV LED curing systems that can be adjoined without compromising optical uniformity between systems to meet the needs of any application size.
