The Excelitas CoolEYE™ IR 2D Arrays offer versions with 4 x 4 pixels for various non-contact temperature measurement applications such as elevated skin temperature screening and fire and overheat detection. They have a calibrated temperature output for each pixel with a digital I2C interface.
