Fusion UV was founded in 1971 with the invention of microwave-powered UV curing technology. In 2024, Excelitas acquired the Fusion UV microwave product portfolio through the acquisition of Noblelight. UV microwave lamps and systems are used in hundreds of industrial ultraviolet curing applications, including automotive headlamps, flooring, medical devices, wire marking, and electronic components.
These microwave-powered UV curing systems are available in a variety of power classes and with a choice of different UV broadband wavelength output light sources to meet your industrial curing needs. These UV curing systems easily retrofit into existing production lines or integrate seamlessly into new production processes. Our latest systems are Industry 4.0 ready, equipped with embedded sensors and microprocessors.
