Air-Knife Infrared Modules

Air Knives are infrared modules equipped with an airflow system optimized for drying product surfaces across a wide range of industrial applications. These modules feature a high-intensity and uniform air exchange that shortens the drying procedure and ensures a more efficient yield per unit of energy.

Air-knife modules are designed to provide a high-intensity, evenly distributed airflow, ensuring rapid gas exchange in the drying area. As continuous airflow passes through the air knife, it captures and removes vapors from the infrared zone. The warm, moist air is extracted immediately after the drying zone, maintaining system balance while condensing solvents. This process reduces moisture buildup, preventing it from hindering further evaporation, and ensures the full utilization of infrared radiation.
