Our turnkey, custom-engineered UV curing systems include lamp modules, light shielding, material handling, and control systems. Our experience spans across a variety of applications, such as converting, pipe and tube production, beverage can bottom rim coating, flat line conveyor systems, and curing solutions for three-dimensional parts. We collaborate closely with our customers to develop a UV curing solution that meets their specific requirements, offering options such as nitrogen inerting, water-cooled chill rolls, motorized lift systems, and more.

  • Lamp modules, either microwave powered 6- or 10-inch systems or UV LED curing modules
  • Power supplies matched to lamp modules and housed in racks or cabinets with centralized flexible controls and touch screen interface
  • Materials / finishes per customer requirements and typically include UV-resistant powder-coated steel or stainless steel
  • Conveyor or part movement types available include continuous belt, linear or rotary indexing, static exposure chambers and overhead or continuous spindle fixtures for 3D parts
