IR module heating up films supported by a wavelength converter

Infrared Wavelength Converter

A wavelength converter absorbs the radiation passed through thin materials and emits it back into the material at a different wavelength. This process significantly enhances the utilization of infrared radiation.

A wavelength converter is made from an unbreakable and fireproof clay material and used to absorb transmitted infrared radiation and emit it back. This converter can be customized to fit the size of the infrared module and the specific requirements of the finishing plant where it will be used.
