Mounted N-BK7 Symmetric-Concave Lenses, NIR

Our LINOS® symmetric-concave lenses are made from high-quality N-BK7 optical glass with NIR coating and are offered in various focal lengths and diameters to support diverse optical applications. They are ideal for beam expansion, controlled divergence of collimated light, and systems requiring low spherical aberration and balanced performance. Each lens is produced to strict tolerances using N-BK7 glass from trusted suppliers, ensuring consistent optical quality. Our product range includes both mounted lenses with a black-anodized, engraved aluminum mount and unmounted versions for flexible integration.

Our mounted symmetric-concave lenses are crafted from high-quality N-BK7 glass and integrate seamlessly into LINOS Microbench and Nanobench systems. Tight focal-length tolerances ensure consistent system integration and reliable optical behavior.

These lenses feature two equal radii of curvature, delivering precise optical performance for applications that require controlled beam divergence. The ARB2 NIR broadband anti-reflection coating ensures high transmission from 725 to 1050 nm and offers excellent laser damage resistance, resulting in a high damage threshold and reliable performance in demanding environments.

  • Typical average residual reflection < 0.3 % for angles of incidence 0° ≤ AOI ≤ 15° in the AR range
  • Damage threshold: H > 30 J / cm² for 11 ns laser pulses (s‑on‑1) at 1064 nm and 10 Hz
  • AR range typical: 725–1050 nm
  • Design adaptable to the spectral range of 600 nm ≤ λ ≤ 1400 nm and to higher angles of incidence.
