OmniCure® AC8⁺HD series air-cooled UV LED curing systems deliver exceptionally high optical dose, taking UV LED curing to the next level. The AC8⁺HD Series utilizes innovative OmniCure LED module control technology to deliver outstanding output uniformity across the irradiation area. Available in 365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm, and 405 nm wavelengths, the AC8⁺HD Series delivers 15 W/cm2 peak irradiance, making it ideal for large-area curing applications that demand high UV dose.

Multiple UV LED heads can be joined together to create larger curing areas while maintaining consistent optical uniformity between each system. The flexibility to achieve larger curing areas in a variety of customizable lengths enables manufacturers to improve throughput without compromising performance.
