OmniCure PLC2000 Programmable Controller

OmniCure® PLC2000 programmable controller is designed to complement the OmniCure AC Series UV LED curing systems. When connected to an AC Series UV LED head, this multipurpose, external controller device allows you to intelligently manage, monitor and control an LED system. With unparalleled control of the UV LED systems, the PLC2000 can be used to dynamically adjust the output intensity, exposure time, and on/off capabilities while providing system information and error monitoring.

The compact, portable PLC2000 can be operated locally or remotely through an automated system and is well-suited for use in manufacturing environments, laboratory, or research & development applications.

  • Control via RS485 or RS232: Point-to-point or daisy-chain addressability
  • PLC fault indicators: Convenient monitoring with status and error identification
  • Powered from UV LED Head: Simplified connectivity with no electrical requirements
  • Plug and play: Auto detection and calibration with OmniCure AC Series UV LED curing solutions
