Phoseon FireJet FJ100 UV LED Large-Area Curing System

The Phoseon™ FireJet FJ100 Gen2 features a compact design and offers end-to-end scalability, making it a perfect solution for a variety of printing and coating applications. This fully self-contained unit comes with five different window lengths to facilitate easy integration. The lamps can be controlled using PLC signals, allowing for instant on/off functionality, intensity control, and other primary functions, or digital control for more advanced status and control.

The FireJet FJ100 air-cooled UV LED curing system provides an ideal combination of size and power for space-constrained environments requiring high-intensity curing performance. With WhisperCure™ and TargetCure™ technologies, the FJ100 delivers reliable, consistent performance at a quiet operating level. The FireJet FJ100 is ideal for UV inkjet applications and other applications requiring curing of coatings. These products are available with Modbus TCP protocols for high-speed data exchange and remote access
