Phoseon FireJet FJ240 UV LED system is a high-performance, air-cooled curing solution designed for printing and coating applications that require significant UV doses. It delivers more UV power than FireJet One or FireJet FJ100 products making it ideal for area cure applications demanding the highest curing performance. The system comes in window lengths of 75, 150, 225, 300, and 375 mm, with a width of 40 mm and a peak irradiance of up to 16 W/cm². The FireJet FJ240 provides high UV radiant power in an air-cooled format, resulting in increased production and higher yields. Furthermore, the FireJet family of products is scalable to accommodate various curing lengths, ensuring easy installation and low maintenance. These products are available with Modbus TCP protocols for high-speed data exchange and remote access.
