Phoseon FireJet FJ801 UV LED Large-Area Curing System
The Phoseon FireJet™ FJ801 UV LED Large Area Curing System features a touch controller that simplifies operation with its intuitive touchscreen interface. With no knobs, buttons, or moving parts on the front, the controller is easy to store and transport. This system is designed for adhesive and coating curing applications requiring low irradiance and long dwell time on large scale production lines. The FJ801 light source maintains excellent uniformity and reliability. Additionally, the user-friendly controller displays critical process safety information, including lamp temperature and the total time the LED lamp has been in operation.
The Phoseon FireJet FJ801 UV LED Large Area Curing Systems are designed primarily for production lines that require area curing, such as micro-speakers and camera module manufacturing. These modular products can scale from a base curing area of 100mm x 100mm to provide contiguous, uniform UV output. The light source is available in 365, 385, 395 & 405 nm wavelengths. The light source also offers process stability with patented TargetCure™ technology that gives users precise and predictable UV output. The FJ801 controller is backward compatible with the FJ800 lamp.
