IR emitter with QRC reflector

Quartz Reflective Coating Infrared Emitters

Noblelight Infrared emitters with Quartz Reflective Coating (QRC®) nano-reflectors are used in many sensitive heating processes. The QRC nano-reflector aids in targeting the radiation, resulting in faster, more efficient, and stable processes.

The QRC reflector is made of opaque, white quartz glass. Its nanostructure gives the material a diffuse reflective capability, resulting in a highly homogeneous temperature field.

Quartz glass is highly heat-resistant and resistant to many aggressive substances. It also has excellent mechanical stability, even at very high temperatures. Additionally, quartz glass is clean, which is crucial for manufacturing items such as sensors and other sensitive parts in the automotive industry.
