Smart Vacuum UV Control System
Our Smart Vacuum UV (VUV) Control System is specifically designed for effective aerosol treatment in kitchen exhaust fans and hoods. This UV control system utilizes a VUV lamp that emits light at a wavelength of 185 nm, which effectively breaks down, destroys, and neutralizes grease and odors. This process significantly reduces fire risks and maintenance costs.

Fats and oils contribute to unpleasant odors and grease buildup in commercial kitchen exhaust fans and fume hoods. While grease separators can capture up to 95% of grease, they cannot eliminate all remaining deposits that accumulate on hood surfaces and exhaust ducts, creating serious fire hazards. No grease filter can fully prevent these deposits.
Our powerful VUV control system remains highly effective even at ambient temperatures of up to 80°C. With a long lifespan of up to 10,000 operating hours, it minimizes the frequency of service intervals. A single high-power vacuum UV lamp can replace up to six conventional low-pressure lamps, providing a more efficient solution. Additionally, it includes options for remote maintenance and fault diagnosis, further helping to save on costs.
