Unmounted N-BK7 Plano-Concave Lenses, ARB2-NIR

Excelitas offers unmounted LINOS® N-BK7 Plano-Concave Lenses that enable flexible integration into a wide range of optical systems. Tight focal length tolerances support straightforward system alignment and consistent optical performance. Designed for applications requiring accurate beam control, these lenses provide reliable focusing characteristics. The ARB2 NIR broadband anti-reflection coating ensures high transmission across the near infrared (NIR) wavelength range, while offering excellent resistance to laser-induced damage.

Our plano-concave lenses are supplied unmounted for flexible integration into your optical system. Their narrow focal-length tolerances ensure consistent performance and reliable optical behavior. These lenses deliver precise results in applications requiring controlled beam divergence. Each standard lens features double-sided anti-reflection coatings optimized for the near infrared (NIR) wavelength range for higher transmittance.

ARB 2 NIR Reflection Spectrum

  • Guaranteed residual reflection < 0.5 % for angles of incidence 0° ≤ AOI ≤ 15° in the AR range
  • Typical average residual reflection < 0.3 % for angles of incidence 0° ≤ AOI ≤ 15° in the AR range
  • Damage threshold: H > 30 J / cm² for 11 ns laser pulses (s‑on‑1) at 1064 nm and 10 HzAR range typical: 725–1050 nm
  • Design adaptable to the spectral range of 600 nm ≤ λ ≤ 1400 nm and to higher angles of incidence.
