Unmounted N-BK7 Symmetric-Concave L enses, ARB2-VIS

Excelitas offers a selection of unmounted LINOS® symmetric-concave lenses made from N-BK7 glass in various focal lengths and diameters to suit diverse application requirements. These standard lenses feature double-sided anti-reflection coatings optimized for the visible (VIS) wavelength range to enhance transmittance. Production uses high-quality materials from trusted suppliers and maintains stringent tolerances to ensure exceptional quality. Each lens type is also available mounted in a black-anodized, engraved aluminum housing.

Our symmetric-concave lenses made of high-quality N-BK7 glass offer maximum flexibilty for custom integration into your optical systems. Tight focal-length tolerances ensure reliable and consistent optical performance.

These lenses feature two equal radii of curvature, ensuring precise optical performance in applications that require controlled beam divergence. The ARB2 VIS broadband anti-reflection coating offers high transmission from 450 to 700 nm and excellent resistance to laser damage.

  • Guaranteed residual reflection < 0.5 % for angles of incidence 0° ≤ AOI ≤ 15° in the AR range
  • Typical average residual reflection < 0.3 % for angles of incidence 0° ≤ AOI ≤ 15° in the AR range
  • Damage threshold H > 30 J / cm² for 11 ns laser pulses (s‑on‑1) at 1064 nm and 10 Hz
  • AR range typical: 450–700 nm
  • Design adaptable to the spectral range of 350 nm ≤ λ ≤ 950 nm and to higher angles of incidence
