Unmounted UV Fused Silica Symmetric-Convex Lenses, ARB2-VIS
Excelitas offers LINOS® unmounted symmetric-convex lenses made from premium fused silica, available in various focal lengths and diameters to support UV and high-power optical applications. All lenses are manufactured with strict tolerances to ensure exceptional optical quality and long-term stability. Standard lenses include double-sided anti-reflection coatings optimized for the visible (VIS) range to maximize transmittance. Lenses are offered mounted in a high-quality, black-anodized, engraved aluminum mount or unmounted for flexible integration.
Our symmetric-convex lenses are made from high-quality fused silica and supplied unmounted for flexible integration into custom optical systems. Tight focal-length tolerances ensure consistent integration and reliable optical performance.
Designed for 1:1 imaging, these lenses have two equal radii of curvature to deliver accurate, consistent optical performance in applications that require precise image replication.
The ARB2 VIS broadband anti-reflection coating ensures high transmission across the 450–700 nm range and excellent laser damage resistance. Fused silica offers better visible-spectrum performance and superior UV transmission compared to standard optical glass.
