VTT9814FH - Si Phototransistor, 0.192mm2, High Gain

The VTT9814FH is a silicon phototransistor in an infrared blocking T 1¾ flat package. This phototransistor provides an excellent response in the visible spectral range.

The VTT9814FH is a silicon phototransistor in a standard flat T 1¾ end-looking package. It offers the time-proven VTT silicon phototransistor chip family that customers have come to rely upon over the years. With an additional IR-blocking feature incorporated in the plastic epoxy package , this phototransistor provides an excellent response in the visible spectral range (450 to 700nm) and is a RoHS-compliant alternative to Cadmium Sulphide photocells. The VTT9814FH offers a narrow light current tolerance that is especially suited for ambient light control applications around 50 to 100 fc (500 to 1000 lux).
