Zoom Modules

Zoom Modules

The Optem® FUSION zoom modules include two optical zoom ranges to extend the system capabilities further. The 7:1 and the 12.5:1 zoom ranges are designed especially for micro-inspection and imaging applications requiring both precision zoom quality and optical flexibility. The novel zoom modules are afocally designed for collimated 'infinity' light on both ends for utmost configurability and ease of customization.

The FUSION Zoom modules extend the imaging system’s capabilities, providing both situational awareness at lower magnifications and high-resolution inspection at high magnifications. A single module eliminates the need for multiple microscope objectives integrated into a turret.

Available in both Visual and SWIR wavelength ranges, the FUSION Zoom modules are precision-engineered for repeatability over an extended lifetime. It features an afocal zoom core that provides utmost flexibility and adaptability, as well as standard interface mechanics for rapid swappability.
