- OmniCure LX500 LED Spot UV Curing System: Featuring up to four LED heads with up to 16W/cm2 peak irradiance and proprietary feedback technology, the LX500 provides unmatched optical stability via Intelli-Lamp® LED technology for consistent and repeatable assembly of medical devices with lower costs. OmniCure LX500 is ideal for use in medical devices such as catheters, cannulas, endoscopes and syringes.
- OmniCure S2000 Spot UV Curing Lamp System: The OmniCure S2000 Spot UV Curing System is ideal for precision adhesive curing in a variety of industries, particularly medical device bonding applications. The OmniCure S2000 provides fast and strong cures of UV adhesives, which results in superior product quality, rapid production and lower manufacturing costs.
- OmniCure AC8-HD (High Dose) LED UV Curing System: Offering higher optical power and enhanced performance in the same air-cooled mechanical enclosure as their AC8 and AC9 predecessors, the AC8-HD System delivers over 50% more dose with unprecedented optical uniformity. Excelitas’ patented control technology for addressing individual LED UV modules enables an outstandingly tight irradiation across the UV emitting length, as well as between heads. These light sources are ideal for large area curing of a variety of medical applications.
