Excelitas flash systems are turnkey solutions that deliver high-intensity broadband pulsed light, catering to an extensive range of applications — from safely heating a broad range of composite materials to rapid thermal processing. These systems consist of three main components: a high-power, water-cooled optical head module, a power supply and control module, and a chiller module that ensures optimal system performance.

Prior to installation, Excelitas can support our customers in developing optimum processing parameters by applying a combination of expert-led simulation, ray-tracing modeling, and in-house material testing capability.
