BBO Double Pockels Cells DBBPC Series

The LINOS® DBBPC Series BBO Double Pockels Cells combine precision and performance for demanding laser applications. Featuring two BBO crystals arranged in series to reduce switching voltage and integrated piezo damping, these Pockels cells deliver ultra-precise switching ideal for high-repetition Q-switching, pulse picking, and regenerative amplifiers. The built-in piezo attenuator enhances stability and modulation accuracy, making the DBBPC Series the optimal choice for next-generation laser systems that require fast, reliable, and precise electro-optic control.

The DBBPC Series features a double Pockels cell design with two BBO crystals in optical series, reducing switching voltage by 50%. These crystals have a low dielectric constant and high damage threshold, making them ideal for high-repetition-rate, high-average-power lasers. An integrated piezo attenuator effectively suppresses piezo ringing, ensuring precise switching— crucial for pulse picking applications. Custom wavelengths and specifications are also available.
