C30683 - Si APD Receiver with TIA, 400MHz, TO-8

The Excelitas C30683 Series features a cutting-edge silicon Avalanche Photodiode (APD) integrated with a Transimpedance Amplifier (TIA) in a hermetically sealed TO-8 package to ensure exceptional low-noise performance. The Si APDs in this series are the same high-quality components as our renowned C30737 series. They provide outstanding responses across a wavelength range of 830 to 1100 nm. With the C30683 modules, customers can achieve remarkable high-speed operation, boasting a bandwidth of up to 400 MHz - perfect for demanding applications.

Our high performance C30683 Series of silicon APD receivers provides high bandwidth, low noise, and high responsivity, making it ideal for demanding applications such as LiDAR, where longer ranges and higher resolutions are essential. Additionally, this product includes a built-in thermistor to monitor temperature effectively.
