C30683 - APD Preamplifier Modules with high-speed TIA, TO-8
The C30683 Series combines Excelitas' avalanche photodiodes (APD) with a high-speed transimpedance amplifier (TIA) in a hermetically sealed TO-8 package for extreme low-light detection. The modules deliverbandwidth of up to 450 MHz, making them ideal for demanding applications.
Excelitas’ high-performance C30683 Series of APD preamplifier modules provide high bandwidth, low noise, and high responsivity for precision low-light detection. These capabilities make the series well suited for demanding applications such as LiDAR, where longer ranges and higher resolutions are essential.
This product includes a built-in thermistor to monitor the APD temperature and compensate the HV supply, maintaining the APD at a fixed gain.
The C30683 APD preamplifier modules are available with both silicon and InGaAs APDs.
