The C30741PFH-15S is a High-Speed Silicon PIN Photodiode with a 1.5 x 1.5 mm active area chip in a T1 ¾ visible-blocking plastic package.

The C30741PH Series of N-type Silicon PIN photodiodes provides fast response and high quantum efficiency in the spectral range of 300 nm to 1100 nm. The wavelength of maximal sensitivity is @ 800 nm or @ 900 nm. These epitaxial structure devices are optimized for high-speed, high-volume and low-cost applications. The C30741PH is available in plastic packaging, in either a clear or ambient light-blocking model.
