C30741PH-15S Si PIN

The C30741PH-15S is a high-speed Silicon PIN photodiode with a 1.5 x 1.5 mm active area chip in a T 1¾ clear plastic package.

The C30741PH Series of N-type Si PIN photodiodes provide fast response and high quantum efficiency in the spectral range of 300 to 1100 nm. The wavelength of maximal sensitivity is @ 800 nm or @ 900 nm. These epitaxial structure devices are optimized for high-speed, high-volume and low-cost applications. The C30741PH is available in plastic packaging, in either a clear or ambient light-blocking model.
