FFD-200H - Si PIN - 5mm- TO-8, PC, Ultrafast
The FFD-200H is a Large-area Silicon PIN Photodiode with a 5.0 mm active diameter in a hermetically-sealed TO-8 package. This photodiode provides high responsivity from 400 nm to 1150 nm, with a peak responsivity at 850 nm. It also features an ultra-fast rise and fall time, low NEP and a low operating voltage.
