MachVis™ System Configurator is a powerful web-based configurator for imaging applications. Covering a broad selection of the Excelitas product portfolio, including LINOS® and Optem® lenses, PCO® cameras, and X-Cite® fluorescence illuminators, MachVis enables users to quickly design and configure complete optical setups. With an intuitive interface and smart component suggestions, it simplifies the selection process and supports both standard and complex machine vision, microscopy, and opto-electronic applications.

MachVis provides the optimal solution based on your specific needs

Based on your specific application requirements, MachVis intelligently recommends a complete imaging setup, including lenses, cameras, light sources, and all required accessories.

From standard to advanced use cases in machine vision, microscopy and opto-electronics, MachVis guides you through system design with:

  • LINOS or Optem optical lenses, based on key imaging parameters such as object size, working distance, sensor size, and camera mount
  • PCO cameras tailored to your imaging and performance requirements
  • X-Cite light sources for bright, uniform illumination
  • All necessary accessories, including adapters, clamps, focusing units, extension tubes, and more

Each configuration includes a detailed bill of materials, schematic assembly drawings, and direct access to technical datasheets and 3D CAD models. You can also save your project, including system notes, for future documentation or integration planning.

Whether you're designing a ready-to-use vision system or building a fully customized optical setup, MachVis helps you configure it faster, smarter, and with complete confidence.
