pco.hsr 8x25 CLHS Image Recorder
The next-generation pco.hsr 8x25 CLHS high-speed image recorder is designed for continuous, lossless capture of the fastest transient events. Its robust FPGA-based architecture streams data directly to high-endurance SSDs, combining extreme data throughput with uninterrupted recording. Supporting up to eight cameras simultaneously, the pco.hsr 8x25 CLHS uniquely combines ultra-high-speed acquisition with extended image recording, ensuring no critical moment is missed in high-speed industrial inspection and R&D applications.
With an unprecedented bandwidth of up to 200 Gbit/s, the pco.hsr 8x25 CLHS surpasses conventional computer systems by reliably capturing even the fastest events. It provides 8 TB of high-endurance SSD storage, rated for 60 drive writes per day with an MTTF of 2 million hours, enabling uninterrupted data streaming to onboard storage. The recorder offers synchronized multi-camera workflows for complex test setups and production environments.
The pco.hsr 8x25 CLHS recorder system is engineered to capture and store large volume throughput of image data from extremely high-speed events with precision and reliability across a wide range of industries and applications. It enables detailed monitoring of high-speed manufacturing processes for quality control and process optimization, while supporting advanced R&D efforts that require accurate analysis of rapid physical, mechanical, and biological occurrences. In combination with a PCO high-speed camera, the recorder is a strong addition to test-and-measurement setups for sports performance analysis, automotive and aerospace testing, medical imaging, and physics experimentation. It delivers lossless data to support motion analysis, stress testing, aerodynamic research, and other high-impact events.
