The Nexus II™ water-cooled UV LED curing system is ideally suited for flexographic printing applications and delivers the best-performing solution in the industry. With patented thermal management techniques and ValidCure™ Technology, the Nexus II UV Curing system delivers the highest total UV power output to achieve increased print speeds, enhanced press uptime, and double the product lifetime. ValidCure Technology validates the curing power supplied to the material surface, ensuring process compliance and optimum performance. Nexus II also comes equipped with our patented TargetCure™ technology, which provides users with stable, consistent, and precise UV curing output. 

The Nexus II water-cooled UV LED curing system is equipped with high-power LEDs and advanced patented technology, offering high energy density and rapid, uniform curing ideal for labels and packaging applications. It includes real-time remote monitoring with Nexus DataHub. Nexus II water cooled is available in sizes from 300mm to 675 mm. These systems provide an impressive output of 90 Watts per 25 mm LED array segment, ensuring exceptional performance. With their outstanding total UV power output, Nexus II UV LED curing systems enable increased print speeds, longer press uptime, and double the lifespan compared to other products on the market.
