VTD205H - Si PD, SFH205 equivalent, TO-92, 7.41mm2

The VTD205H is a silicon photodiode in TO-92 side-looker package with visible blocking, and an SFH205 industry equivalent. This photodiode provides a low dark current, fast response, and wide field-of-view.

This silicon photodiode provides a 7.41 mm2 active are designed for spectral response between 800 nm and 1100 nm.

Our VTD Series are photodiodes which have been used in many applications as replacements for competitive devices. These photodiodes exhibits low dark current under reverse bias and fast speed of response.
