The VTD205KH is a silicon photodiode in TO-92 side-looker clear package and a SFH205K industry equivalent. This photodiode provides a low dark current, fast response and a wide field-of-view.
This silicon photodiode provdies a 7.41 mm2 active area designed for a spectral response between 400 nm and 1100 nm.
