VTD206KH - Si PD, SFH206K equivalent, TO-92, 7.41mm2

The VTD206KH is a silicon photodiode in TO-92 side-looker clear package, and an SFH206K industry equivalent. This photodiode provides a low dark current, fast response and wide field-of-view.

This Silicon photodiode provides a 7.41 mm2 active area designed for a spectral response between 400 nm and 1100 nm.

Our VTD Series are photodiodes which have been used in many applications as replacements for competitive devices. These photodiodes exhibit a low dark current under reverse bias and fast speed of response.

Sensitivity at peak Wavelength = Typical 0.60 A/W

Angular Response = ±60 Degrees at 50 % Response
