The VTE1163H is an 880 nm Infrared Emitting Diode (IRED) in a hermetic TO-46 package with a lens. This IRED provides 110 mW of output power and a narrow beam angle of ±10°.
The VTE1163H IRED is a 880 nm IRED delivering 110 mW of output power with a large emission profile of ±10°. It features a large area GaAlAs chip with double wirebond for high current CW- and pulsed operation. Its operation temperature is -40 to 125 °C.
