XTOF-101-A, 3D cwTOF Imager 160 × 60 Pixels
The XTOF-101-A chip is a general-purpose, monolithic, fully integrated photoelectric CMOS device for optical distance measurement and object detection.
The XTOF-101-A is a system-on-chip (SoC) device with a 160 × 60 pixel ToF imager, integrated LED or laser driver, A/D converter, and on-chip controller. It provides a complete signal acquisition and processing chain on a single chip. The chip outputs 12-bit DCS distance data per-pixel, which is accessible through a high-speed digital 8-bit parallel video interface.
