XTOF-M-100, 8 × 8 pixel time-of-flight (ToF) sensor

The XTOF-M-100 is a miniaturized 3D ToF camera. It uses a proprietary time-of-flight technology that incorporates the XTOF-100-A ToF chip and a small LED to illuminate the scene.

The XTOF-M-100 comes fully calibrated, allowing the user to read out the clean distance data per-pixel. The data interface is a standard Rx/Tx UART with 1 MBit/s data rate.
