XTOF-M-101, 160 × 60 pixel time-of-flight (ToF) sensor

The XTOF-M-101 is a miniaturized 3D ToF camera. It uses a proprietary time-of-flight technology that incorporates the XTOF-100-A ToF chip and a small LED to illuminate the scene.

The XTOF-M-101 is calibrated to provide accurate 3D depth images. The depth camera can take and process more than 10 HDR depth images per-second in full resolution.
