C30724EH-2 - Si APD, 500um, TO, 905nm filter

The C30724EH-2 Silicon Avalanche Photodiode (Si APD) provides a 905 nm filter and low-temperature coefficient in a metal TO-housing.

The C30724EH-2 Si APD is a modified TO-18 with a built-in 905 nm narrow band-pass filter. Particularly suited for high volume 905 nm laser range finding applications, this Si APD can be operated at fixed voltage without the need for temperature compensation.
