C30724EH - Si APD, 500um, TO

The C30724EH Silicon Avalanche Photodiode (Si APD) offers 920 nm peak sensitivity and low-temperature coefficient in a metal TO-housing.

The C30724 Series of APDs provide high responsivity in the wavelength range of 800 to 950 nm, and rise and fall times of about 5 ns, with no "tail" in the fall-time characteristic. Well-suited for high volume 905 nm laser range finding applications, this series of APDs can be operated at fixed voltage without the need for temperature compensation. Particularly, the C30724EH is in a hermetically-sealed TO-18 can.
