F-Theta-Ronar Lenses 340-360 nm
LINOS® F-Theta-Ronar lenses are designed to achieve aberration-free imaging for UV laser wavelengths between 340 – 360 nm, enabling exceptionally small spot diameters across the entire flat image plane. All lenses are made of premium fused silica for high-power and ultrashort-pulse laser material processing equipped with a sophisticated broadband and angle-optimized coating. A wide variety of focal lengths and telecentric designs are available, making LINOS F-Theta-Ronar lenses suitable for a broad range of laser material-processing applications. These lenses are manufactured with leading-edge production technologies to ensure long-term optical stability and meet highest quality standards.
The LINOS low-outgassing UV F-Theta lens, with a 330 mm focal length (f=330 mm) is the first of its kind, featuring a stainless steel design in an off-the-shelf UV standard product to minimize potential contamination and extend product life, ensuring optimal diffraction-limited performance. This lens offers increased durability enabling higher UV pulse energies and shorter laser pulses, which are essential for laser material processing in semiconductor, wafer processing, and electronic display industries.
UV F-Theta-Ronar lenses are made from colorless anodized aluminum and offered in 252 mm and 330 mm focal lengths. Manufactured using advanced technologies, these lense ensure long-term optical stability and cost-effective outgassing reduction.
The UV F-Theta lenses are well-suited for use with the LINOS UV Beam Expander. They accommodate larger beam diameters and different mirror distances, with corresponding changes to the scan field and spot size.
