This is a 880 nm IRED in a T-1 ¾ (5 mm) plastic package with a 20 mW output power and a narrow emission beam profile of ±12°. It features a large area GaAlAs chip for high current CW- and pulsed operation with an operation temperature of -40 to 100°C.
